Our support technician will provide a code to you by phone or email which must be entered into the dialogue shown below.

As suggested your browser will download a small application which you need to run.

On chrome the application shows at the bottom left of the browser window.

After the Connect Wise Client has successfully installed the Ayrshire IT Support Technician will be able to see and interact with your desktop.
